Tasks
You are a warm-hearted host above the clouds and sweeten the start and end of our guests' holidays. In addition to their well-being, you are responsible for safety on board, work in collegial and open teams, and can look forward to a varied working day.
In addition, you are responsible for:
- Preparing the aircraft cabin and ensuring work processes before, during, and after the flight so that our guests always feel welcome and well cared for
- You carry out the Edelweiss onboard service as well as onboard sales
- Before each flight assignment, you thoroughly read the relevant documents to be optimally prepared for your rotation

Requirements
At the time of entry, a completed basic education (apprenticeship, high school diploma, etc.) and at least two years of flight experience as a Cabin Crew Member are required. In addition, you bring joy in dealing with people and a customer-oriented attitude.
We also wish for:
- Good conversational skills in German (at least level C1) and English (at least level B2); additional language skills are an advantage
- Swiss or EU passport with a good connection to Switzerland (Swiss German must be understood)
- Well-groomed and winning appearance with great warmth (please note the tattoo regulations in the application form)
- Enjoyment of teamwork, good communication skills, and a pronounced empathy
- Quick comprehension and high learning ability
- Men: proof of completed basic military training (RS), civil service, or confirmation of unfitness for service
- Minimum height 158 cm
- Good swimming skills
