We are looking for a
Junior Operations Manager Support & Services 80% (m/f/d) Fixed-term
Your area of responsibility
- Management and coordination of site openings and closures in the restaurant and catering environment
- Creation and monitoring of project plans including schedule, cost, and quality control
- Ensuring the operational readiness of new locations (personnel, systems, processes, permits)
- Coordination of tenders as well as preparation and coordination of offer documents
- Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners (e.g. construction, technology, suppliers, authorities)
- Creation of KPIs, reporting, and derivation of optimization measures
Your profile
- Completed training in business administration, hotel or gastronomy environment, project management or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience (at least 2 years) in the food & beverage or gastronomy environment
- First experience in project management, ideally with openings, conversions or expansions
- Very good organizational and communication skills with a hands-on mentality
- Confident handling of MS Office as well as project management and reporting tools
- Business understanding, structured working method and high result orientation
