Job Description
The Team Leader Tech & Innovation SAP leads the SAP development team and defines the innovation strategy around the SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, BTP, AI, integrations). He/she ensures the quality and performance of developments, supports the skills development of developers, and drives innovation initiatives to optimize existing solutions and create new high value-added services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the dev & innovation team
- Ensure the quality and performance of SAP developments
- Define technical standards and best practices
- Lead innovation initiatives (AI, cloud, automation…)
- Collaborate with business and IT teams
Qualifications
The future Team Leader must imperatively master:
- Technical leadership and SAP team management
- SAP expertise: S/4HANA, ABAP, Fiori, CDS, OData
- SAP BTP, integrations & APIs
- Architecture & standards (Clean Core, extensibility)
- Software quality, governance & DevOps
- Innovation (AI, automation)
- Project support, technical arbitration & pre-sales
- Structuring a SAP factory
- English B2
