Your area of responsibility

Assessing disability (degree, timing, and duration of disability benefits) based on requested documents from corporate clients, doctors, and insurers (such as IV, UVG, MV, KTG) is one of your main tasks
Additionally, you prepare disability benefit calculations for due contribution exemptions, disability and disability child pensions, taking into account any benefits from daily allowance insurers or other creditable replacement income
You review and assess the reintegration possibilities of disabled persons and also handle all business transactions related to disability cases within an assigned client base
You process orders from customers, brokers, lawyers, insured persons, business consultants, and the field service, and provide written and/or telephone information
Managing your own portfolio with a high degree of personal responsibility is also part of your duties

Your strengths

You have completed a commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification
You preferably already have initial professional experience in the area of the 2nd pillar (preferably in benefits)
You are a committed, resilient, and communicative personality with a high sense of responsibility and networked thinking skills
Your independent, precise, and service-oriented working style distinguishes you
Your good German skills in spoken and written form complete your profile; additional Italian skills are an advantage
