- Responsible for orderly daily operations and adherence to operational procedures as well as prescribed processes
- Implementing the directives of the Care Management and SEM (BEKO) and ensuring balanced nutrition
- Controlling and being responsible for hygiene and safety regulations according to HACCP. Reviewing and updating the HACCP concept
- Checking work-related standards and values as well as the use of the correct work equipment
- Responsible for correct ordering and storage of goods. Contact person for suppliers and food control authority
- Coordinating staff allocation and managing/updating time management

- Responsible for the professional leadership of the subordinate team
Requirements
- Secondary level II: Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience
- 3 years of leadership experience
- Experience in work pedagogy
- HACCP theory and practical implementation
- First aid training
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
- German | spoken: B2 | written: B2
- French | spoken: B1 | written: B1 (advantageous)
