Your tasks
- Ensure the economic, safe, and reliable provision of services in compliance with budgetary objectives/constraints, Service Level Agreements, and Standard Handling Agreements
- Economic management of the client portfolio with responsibility for profit and loss
- Financial management of the mandate and ensuring the achievement of KPIs as well as reporting
- Lead the organizational unit with 70 employees and about 170 employees in high season (TWS, Cabin Cleaning, Facility Cleaning, Warehouse Service, Lounge Cleaning, Disposition, Planning)
- Deliver presentations to clients and acquire new clients, participate in negotiations with clients
- Responsibility for safety and security (according to the specifications of the OFAC, the airport, and authorities)
- Implementation of Vebego Switzerland's internal guidelines in the field of environmental protection and health as well as occupational safety
- Several years of experience in a similar role in the airport sector
- Knowledge in business and operational management FM/FS
- Management of a unit of up to 200 employees
- Fluent in French and English, German is an advantage
