What to expect- You support the branch management in the daily leadership and organization of the branch
- You provide competent, customer-oriented advice and assist in the selection of gifts from our diverse product range
- You ensure the attractive presentation of our extensive confectionery and chocolate assortment, including through creative store design
- You guarantee top quality and consistently implement our high standards
- You are an important contact person for the team and for customers
- You contribute to optimizing workflows and ensure that the branch operates efficiently and profitably
- You have completed training in retail and/or have comparable experience in handling food products
- You bring initial leadership experience
- You love a hands-on mentality and are technically savvy
- You are eager to optimize and have an entrepreneurial mindset
- You have an exceptional quality and hygiene awareness
- You appreciate open and respectful communication and are proficient in German and English; knowledge of French and other languages is an additional advantage
- You are not afraid of flexible working hours and are fully available on weekends, Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays
