YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Responsibility for creating, updating, and maintaining overall and capacity planning
Planning, controlling, and further developing detailed planning
Collaboration in group and capacity planning as well as supporting the team in daily coordination
Preparation, execution, and follow-up of new production plans as well as evaluation of results
Close cooperation and coordination with production, commissioning, logistics, and other relevant interfaces

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with further education in planning, production, or supply chain
Professional experience in production, assembly, or capacity planning is an advantage
Very good Excel skills; additional experience in Python, VBA, or other programming languages is an advantage
Strong analytical thinking and structured, independent working style
Ability to clearly prepare complex planning data and derive clear decisions from it
Communicative, team-oriented personality, confident appearance, and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
