How you’ll make an impact

Develop value chains and processes to achieve the vision for the production footprint and operational excellence

Coordinate different projects with the overall footprint and operational excellence strategic goals and roadmaps, provide guidance and support where needed

Align project budgets and coordinate resources between global functions and across locations

Support the implementation of the products for internal customers, assuring good communication between operating units and feeder factories

Act as key stakeholder and support local project managers and teams during all stages of project execution

Assure tailored and timely communication with the different levels of stakeholders, from local management to global senior management.

Ensure the consistent application of global guidelines and instructions to effectively govern new production line releases

Facilitate knowledge sharing and sharing of best practices between different factories, identify lessons learned and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement
Your background
-
Graduate degree in engineering, for example mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering or chemical engineering

Minimum 3 years experience in project execution in a manufacturing environment, ideally with product implementation projects

Knowledge and experience in application of lean manufacturing tools

Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in methodologies such as DMAIC, 8D, 5 Why, FMEA

Ability to break down complex challenges into actionable items

Strong analytical skills to work with production data and statistics from different production sites

Willingness to travel (20 - 30%)

Fluent written and spoken English matched with good communication and presentation skills

Experience with high-voltage products and components is an advantage
