Your tasks
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of the application technology team
- Further development of application technology in the areas of machining and grinding in a global environment
- Conceptualization and implementation of value drivers relevant to cooling lubricants in the machining process for defined focus segments to increase productivity and sustainability
- Technical and strategic sales support for complex customer projects including stakeholder management and ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Concept, development, and implementation of chargeable engineering services in the field of application technology
- Planning, management, and evaluation of customer projects including structured documentation of findings and improvement potentials
- Coordination of projects with universities and internal departments as needed
- Conduct process analyses at the customer using the LTA (Liquid Tool Analyzer), identify optimization potentials, offer solutions to the customer, and subsequently implement them
- Ensure application-technical exchange with interdisciplinary departments within the company
Your profile
- Technical basic training (apprenticeship or university of applied sciences)
- Business administration further education (FH/University) or master's degree in manufacturing engineering
- Several years of leadership experience in an industrial environment, ideally in manufacturing engineering
- Proven success in change management, organizational development, and implementation of lean methods (e.g., LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma)
- Solid experience in project and process management
- Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
- Willingness to travel about 20%
