Accounting Clerk (m/f/d) 60%-80%
Your Tasks
In this versatile hub function, you are the business card of our company. You ensure reception and are co-responsible for infrastructure (not IT) (about 10% of your workload) and support the finance team with ongoing financial accounting.
The main tasks include the following:
- Posting of ongoing business transactions (general/ subsidiary ledgers) as well as participation in payment transactions
- Account reconciliations and maintenance of subsidiary ledger master data
- Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings as well as VAT returns
- Responsible for the on/offboarding process (part of access management)
- Collaboration with internal departments and suppliers
- Participation in maintaining accounting systems and ensuring data quality
Your Profile
- Commercial training with further education as an accounting clerk
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position is required
- IT-savvy personality with very good user knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Knowledge of the ERP Abacus is an advantage
- Very good organizational and communication skills as well as a structured approach
- Personality with high initiative and enjoyment in dealing with various stakeholders
