Junior Accountant

We are currently looking to fill a position of

Junior Accountant

Within our Finance & Accounting team, you will be responsible for the accounts payable of the Swiss entity and certain subsidiaries, preparing and entering supplier payments, and providing support to the group accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Swiss debtors (French and German-speaking), responsible for customer reminders, maintaining the AR balance.
• Entering supplier invoices and matching payments.
• Managing logistics and service supplier invoices. (Receipt, approval & accounting).
• Daily reconciliation and posting of bank account entries.
• Managing expense reports.
• Weekly preparation of payments.
• Assisting with the group’s general accounting and entering fixed assets.

Profile sought:

• Holder of a CFC commercial employee diploma or equivalent
• Federal diploma as a Specialist in Finance and Accounting or equivalent training is an asset
• Minimum 3 years of successful experience as a generalist accountant, preferably in the medical field
• Good command of common IT tools (especially Excel) and ERP operation, knowledge of Proconcept would be a plus
• Versatile and autonomous, dynamic and rigorous person, perfectly comfortable working cross-functionally with various interlocutors
• Reliability, integrity, and positive attitude
• You speak and write French and German fluently, English would be a plus.
