You are passionate about Service Excellence and feel comfortable in an environment where people, collaboration and user experience are at the centre? You enjoy working closely with customers, bringing different stakeholders together and ensuring that services run smoothly?
For a large office building of a premium client with over 2,000 users daily, we are looking for a committed individual who acts as the central contact person between the client, Workplace Services and Facility Management.

What awaits you

• Contact person for the client in all property-related soft services
• Close cooperation with customer and service provider stakeholders at all levels
• Ensuring high service quality and user satisfaction
• Management and coordination of facility services as well as cross-departmental processes
• Analysis of operational data and derivation of appropriate improvement measures
• Support and implementation of projects
• Participation in internal and external committees as well as coordination of specialists
• Preparation of reports, presentations and decision-making documents
• Support in communication and change measures
• Promotion of a culture of continuous improvement

What you bring with you

• Further training in facility management, business administration or comparable
• Several years of experience in facility management, hospitality or customer experience environment
• Enjoy working with people and diverse stakeholders
• Strong customer and service orientation
• High communication and organisational skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Affinity for key figures, analyses and preparing management documents
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
