Since 2015, tibits at Lucerne train station has been a popular meeting place for locals, tourists, and KKL visitors. We are looking for an experienced leader as a restaurant manager who leads our restaurant with heart and positive energy and inspires our guests.

Your tasks

• Operational and strategic overall management of the business
• Personnel management (HR) including scheduling, recruiting, promotion, and leadership
• Budget and sales responsibility as well as compliance with legal requirements
• Organization of administrative processes including finance and reporting
• Active presence in daily business as a visible host

Your profile

• Several years of experience in a leadership role, e.g. as head of gastronomy, restaurant manager, deputy restaurant manager, managing director, service manager, or branch manager – preferably also with a background as a store manager in gastronomy or system catering
• Training at a hotel management school or business administration further education is an advantage
• Team player with empathy, clarity, and joy in dealing with people

We invest specifically in your introduction. In the first months, you will learn all processes from the ground up.
