Deputy Head of Nursing Department 80-100% in House D
In House D, we offer loving and individual care for 36 residents, most of whom are affected by mental illnesses and/or addiction disorders. Our residents are mostly only slightly physically limited, and it is important to us to provide them with a respectful and supportive environment. Their needs: individual daily structuring, daily routine, conversations, accompaniment, as well as minor nursing tasks.
Your tasks
- Leading together: You take co-responsibility for the personnel management of the employees – not only in the absence of the department head.
- Living and shaping care: With heart and expertise, you care for our 36 residents and actively contribute to the development and implementation of the goals of the residential area. Your work is as diverse as the people you care for – boredom is guaranteed not to occur! You take care of residents in need of care, support in Spitex care (in our senior apartments), and accompany residents who rely less on nursing but more on care and daily structuring.
- Ensuring quality and standards: You ensure that our care meets the highest standards and actively drive improvements forward.
- Shaping projects: You contribute to cross-departmental projects and introduce new impulses.
Your profile
- You love nursing and want more? With your tertiary education (HF, FH or equivalent), you have laid the foundation – now you are ready to take on responsibility.
- Leading and motivating is in your blood: You are a positive personality who inspires and enthuses others.
- Quality is not just a phrase for you: You want to help shape nursing at the highest level and love finding solutions together.
- Organization is your strength: You keep an overview even when things get hectic and set the right priorities.
- RAI experience is an advantage: You know RAI and use this methodology to specifically evaluate and individually design nursing processes.
- Team player with heart: For you, the person is at the center – whether colleagues, residents, or relatives.
What you can look forward to
- Generous support for further training – we gladly invest in your professional development.
- Work scheduling that adapts as much as possible to your personal needs – we place great value on a balanced work-life balance.
- A respectful working atmosphere with a lived informal culture.
- Free parking and good public transport connections.
- Free use of our fitness room – stay fit even during the workweek.
- Paid breaks in the morning and afternoon so you can recharge your energy.
