The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical, and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 220 residents.
Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a:
Cook (80 - 100%)
Your tasks:
- Independent planning and preparation of daily menus for the residents in the residential home
- Purchasing and proper storage of food and consumables
- Carrying out cleaning tasks in the kitchen area
- Involving the residents in daily tasks considering their abilities
You bring:
- Completed training as a cook, preferably with additional training in dietetics
- Several years of professional experience
- Enjoyment in supporting and guiding people with intellectual and/or psychological disabilities
- Humorous and open to new things
- Resilience and reliability in demanding situations
- Good German skills in spoken and written form as well as basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office
- Open and communicative personality with high social competence
