As the first point of contact, you support the concerns of our customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Your area of responsibility
- Receiving malfunction reports of our systems by phone and in writing as well as dispatching the responsible service technicians
- Monitoring customer order processing
- Checking repair invoices
- Creating service contract offers
- Performing address changes in the operating system
Your profile
- Successfully completed vocational training (commercial, call center, sales or technical)
- Experience in call center, customer dialogue or customer service desirable, apprentices are also warmly welcome
- Native German speaker as well as very good oral French skills (level B2), additional foreign languages are an advantage
- You enjoy communicating, are a service provider out of passion and remain calm even in unusual situations
- You like to integrate into a well-coordinated team
