- After thorough on-the-job training, you will be responsible for managing your assigned clients, mainly SMEs.
- You are responsible for exploiting potential sales synergies (cross selling) as well as acquiring and reactivating clients.
- In your assigned sales area, support and advice are provided by phone, email, video conference, and occasionally on the client’s premises (about 20% of the work is done on site).
- Thanks to your expertise, you strengthen relationships with existing clients and excite them by offering tailored offers and providing clear answers regarding delivery times, projects, and technical questions.

What you bring
- You have successfully completed professional training in retail, commercial, or IT fields.
- Your expertise in IT infrastructure and your interest in office supplies help you competently and specifically advise your future clients.
- You have gained experience in sales and supporting professional clients.
- Putting on a headset, advising and acquiring clients, selling based on specific needs, or preparing complex offers are tasks you enjoy.
- You have excellent command of French, both spoken and written; knowledge of German and English is an asset.
- Further training in sales and/or marketing at the diploma level is a definite advantage.
- You consider yourself motivated, efficient, and dynamic, appreciating a friendly and straightforward working environment.
