Technical Support Engineer (m/f/d) 80-100%

We implement project visions with the latest technologies for projects with high demands on information security. We are based in Winterthur and belong to the CymbiQ Group. We are looking for you as a Technical Support Engineer (m/f/d) 80–100 % to strengthen our team.

• You handle and resolve complex support requests as an administrator
• You work closely with system engineers and other international support teams to find solutions
• You analyze and fix technical problems in various systems
• You carefully document solutions and processes to expand the knowledge base
• You support the further development of our support strategies to continuously improve the service
• You are deployed to customers in the Bern region

• You have a technical basic education in the IT field (federal certificate/diploma, HF, FH or equivalent practical experience)
• You have proven experience in technical support, ideally at 3rd level
• You have solid knowledge of HPE products (server, storage, and network)
• You are service-oriented, communicative, and enjoy working in a team
• You have very good German and English skills; solid French skills are an advantage
• You have a category B driving license and your own vehicle
• You have been living in Switzerland for at least 10 years (reason: federal personal security check)
• You ideally live in the Bern/Thun region

Your Compensation Package

Do you bring the above-mentioned skills and practical experience in solving demanding technical challenges? If yes, we offer you an attractive salary between 105,000 and 130,000 CHF, depending on your qualification. There is also the possibility of a bonus that can increase your annual salary up to 150,000 CHF.
