Role Description
- Within our care system, be a medical resource for patients suffering from mental disorders, for any issues related to physical health.
- Actively collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams and the internal and external care networks of Toises. Participate in and support psychotropic treatment monitoring programs.
- Bring your expertise in general internal medicine by supervising and supporting the care teams of the Toises facilities.
- Design and lead medical training for the Center's professionals.
- Participate in thematic conferences and interdisciplinary clinical reflections.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Center's integrated care programs.
- Opportunity to actively participate in postgraduate medical training in general internal medicine.
Your Profile
- Medical degree recognized in Switzerland with specialization in general internal medicine.
- Experience or strong interest in working with mental disorders, sensitivity to mental health issues and a holistic approach to care.
- Skills in interdisciplinary teamwork and care coordination.
- Ability to share your knowledge and support teams in a collaborative approach.
