Technician: Operation & Maintenance of Heating Systems (all)

Your area of responsibility

• You independently maintain and service various heat energy systems from wood chip and pellet systems to district heating, steam extraction, heat pumps, and substations
• For ecological, economical, and reliable operation, you analyse system conditions and continuously optimise processes
• You systematically investigate faults and develop sustainable, forward-looking solutions to avoid recurring problems
• You plan and coordinate maintenance, repair, and optimisation measures independently and together with external companies
• During commissioning and decommissioning as well as with new systems, you ensure safe trial operation and quality implementation
• You support customers with technical questions and ensure rapid fault rectification during on-call duty

Your profile

• Completed technical basic training EFZ as a heating installer, electrical installer, mechanic, or in a comparable profession
• Ideally, you have further training as a heating specialist for heat systems specialising in combustion technology wood, oil, gas, or heat pumps, building services planner heating, maintenance specialist, or heating plant operator
• Your practical experience in the maintenance of technical systems as well as knowledge in control and regulation technology distinguish you
• User knowledge of MS Office, control systems, and maintenance programmes as well as a category B driving licence are required
• Your German language skills are business fluent; any additional language is an advantage
• The willingness to take responsibility is also shown in your commitment to on-call duty, which you currently undertake approximately every seven weeks for the system portfolio
