• You act as a sparring partner for our CIO and support her in the preparation and communication of decision templates, presentations, and events, including coordination with local and global stakeholders
• You moderate the development of the DTI strategy – from drafting to communication and anchoring it within the organization. You actively shape the necessary strategic discussions
• You are part of the AXA Strategic Community and bring in the perspective and interests of DTI there
• You ensure that the local IT is aligned with the AXA Group before the global governance meetings and that our CIO is comprehensively informed
• You are responsible for the IT Efficiency Case and ensure together with IT Finance that cost targets are met
• You design internal communication events as well as leadership meetings in collaboration with the IT Communication Team

• You have a very well completed master's degree in (business) informatics or business administration with a focus on informatics or a related field
• You have professional experience in strategic IT management, management consulting, or hold a dual qualification such as MBA / PhD
• You are a committed, reliable personality with a lot of drive, willingness to shape, and passion to push topics forward
• You have a pragmatic and positive work attitude
• You possess pronounced skills in storytelling and leadership to motivate, excite, and inspire employees and peers
• You enjoy innovative problem-solving where there are no ready-made answers
• You have very good command of German and English, both spoken and written
