To complete the team of our anatomical pathology and clinical cytology laboratory in Geneva, we are looking for a self-reliant, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious person as a Biomedical Analysis Technician / Team Leader 80 - 100% immediately or by agreement.

• In our state-of-the-art pathology laboratory, you will lead a team of about 20 employees.
• In addition to team management, you will participate in the entire process of preparing histological and cytological samples, thus significantly contributing to ensuring that patients, medical practices, and hospitals receive accurate diagnoses as quickly as possible for rapid therapeutic decision-making.
• You will independently handle macroscopic preparations from minor surgeries and assist in the macroscopic examination of larger preparations.
• You will process tissue samples, including patient data entry using the computer system, include paraffin tissues, and perform sectioning of paraffin blocks on all types of microtomes, including performing frozen sections for urgent examinations.
• Performing routine stains and multiple special stains, as well as preparing all solutions used, are also part of your versatile tasks.
• Training and diploma as a Biomedical Analysis Technician ES with several years of experience in a pathology laboratory.
• Several years of experience in managing a medium-sized team.
• Strong communication skills and initiative, with a constant desire to seek quality.
