The Davos Klosters Mountains are five mountain and ski areas in the Grisons Alps. In addition to the mountain railways, Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG operates over 20 accommodations under the brand Mountain Hotels and Resorts, ranging from simple group houses to upscale four-star superior hotels.

To support the team at the Mountain Plaza Hotel, we are looking for a person for the summer season 2026 as:

The Hotel

The Mountain Plaza Hotel is located in the center of Davos Platz and is only a few minutes' walk from Jakobshorn or the Bolgen area. Since November 24, 2023, the resort has been operated by Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG. The hotel has 210 different rooms, a restaurant and Stübli, a wine bar, and a large wellness area.

Your tasks

Prepare daily mise en place
Prepare daily cold and hot meals
Manage the assigned station in the hot and cold kitchen
Assist with banquets and special events
Daily cleaning and tidying tasks
General cleaning duties

Your profile

Training: Experience as Chef de Partie is an advantage
Work experience: Experience in production and a la carte areas
Working style: You have a quick grasp, enjoy working independently, are reliable and flexible, and keep an overview even in hectic situations
Quality management: High quality awareness and careful handling of food
Team player: You enjoy working in a team and are willing to help in other areas
Language: You have good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as oral English skills
Commitment: You are flexible and willing to work on weekends.
