Spitex Fricktal AG is an open-minded, modern, and innovative non-profit Spitex. On behalf of 17 municipalities, we offer our services in a catchment area of approximately 50,000 inhabitants of the upper and lower Fricktal. Our around 100 employees and 20 apprentices and students care for over 600 clients in about 140,000 assignments per year. Spitex Fricktal AG offers, in addition to general somatic care, also specialized care in the fields of psychiatry and specialized palliative care.

We are looking for a

Dipl. Nurse HF/FH with specialization in Psychiatry from 60% - 80%

Requirements

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH Psychiatry and at least 2 years of professional experience
• High professional and social competence
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Flexible and empathetic personality
• Good computer user skills
• Car driving license

Tasks

• Independent, qualified, and resource-oriented care and counseling of our clients with mental illness
• Needs assessment with interRAI CMH, creating nursing diagnoses
• Managing and monitoring the care process as case manager
• Close cooperation with interprofessional teams
• Collaboration with relatives, authorities, and involved professionals
