Your Tasks
- Ensuring high-quality emergency and acute care for patients of all severity levels
- Supervision and professional guidance of assistant doctors and nursing staff in the field of emergency and acute medicine
- Initial diagnostics, triage, and initiation of therapy in the interdisciplinary emergency department setting
- Close interdisciplinary cooperation with all departments for optimal patient care
- Active participation in shaping and strategic further development of the emergency department, including process optimization and quality management
- Involvement in training, continuing education, and further education in the field of clinical acute and emergency medicine
Your Profile
- Specialist recognition in an emergency medicine-relevant specialty (e.g., internal medicine, surgery, anesthesiology)
- Ideally additional qualification in emergency medicine / clinical acute and emergency medicine
- Experience in the central emergency department (ZNA) as well as ideally in intensive care and ultrasound diagnostics is an advantage
- Hands-on mentality, organizational skills, and high social competence in a dynamic environment
- Patient-centered thinking as well as a pronounced quality awareness
