Your Impact
- You support companies and private equity funds in executing national and international M&A transactions.
- You are part of an inspiring team that analyzes valuation-relevant tax aspects with a focus on purchase price determination (Due Diligence, EV to EqV Bridge, Net Debt, Management Incentive Plans, SPA) as well as financing and acquisition structures and incorporates them into commercial negotiations.
- You assist our clients in developing a sustainable and cash flow-effective financing and acquisition structure and accompany the integration of target companies into existing structures from a tax perspective.
- You can fully develop yourself in a work environment characterized by team spirit, trust, and mutual support.
- You take the lead of your team with committed employees and the responsibility for your M&A projects.
- You develop your own client portfolio by working with the entire PwC ONE Deals team to create new and innovative "deal value propositions" and bring them to the target market.
Your Skill Set
- You have a master's degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or Economics, as well as the Swiss Tax Expert diploma.
- You are persistent and open to challenging and complex situations.
- You demonstrate a high level of commitment and have at least four years of professional experience in corporate tax consulting (national and international).
- You have a flair for numbers, models, and valuations as well as the underlying legal issues at the interface of economics and law.
- You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus.
- You have a long-term perspective and are willing to continuously develop yourself.
- You are committed, flexible, and a team- and customer-oriented personality with excellent communication skills.
