You will be joining PWM’s Customised Solutions team, part of the PWM Ops & IT department based in Geneva.
The Team is looking to hire a Customised Solutions Specialist. Using your technical and soft skills, you will contribute to key projects to enhance the digital solutions and the operational process value chain. The aim is to provide business users with high-quality operational solutions that add business value, and to promote a culture within our digital product-oriented organisation.
Your role
Main responsibilities
- Working with the team members to gather requirement and analyse business processes, in order to understand operational needs and design adequate solutions.
- Developing and implementing high-quality, reliable and scalable solutions based on these requirements.
- Guiding and coaching business users in their end-user computing ambitions.
- Taking on technical accountability of the existing solutions. Keeping and ensuring documentation for applications, processes, configurations and best practices is up to date.
Additional responsibilities
- Working closely with the Tech team to ensure the evolution of our platforms, as well as the set-up, configuration and maintenance of our infrastructure and resources.
- Liaising with IT stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment with the Group’s guidelines, governance and initiatives, to benefit from best practices.
Your profile
Profile
- University degree (EPF or HEG) in Computer Science, or qualification deemed equivalent.
- At least three years’ experience in the software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of programming languages, databases and SQL, and cloud platforms such as GitHub, AWS, Snowflake, Mendix and Power Platform.
- LLM and Python knowledge would be an asset.
- Skilled in sharing technical best practices with colleagues.
- Committed, self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in French, and an excellent command of English.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
