"Buvette7 – Flora am Rhy"<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">The "Buvette7 – Flora am Rhy" is a harmonious meeting place that contributes to social cohesion and city life and aims to make an important contribution in line with Basel city climate goals. The Buvette offers a fresh kitchen based on reducing food waste, using regional, seasonal, and locally rescued foods.</span></div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\">A photovoltaic system on the roof of the Buvette produces part of the required electricity directly on site, and for the unavoidable CO2 emissions, we are committed in close cooperation with the company «MyClimate». This way, the promise of the «net-zero strategy» can be lived and upheld. The Buvette was built in the spirit of the circular economy using building materials from structures dismantled in the region. The furniture and dishes come from old, no longer used stocks of our restaurants. In addition, deadwood from the Hardwald in Birsfelden was reused to create tables from trunks.</div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br></div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Buvette is open daily from March to October from 11:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. in stable and nice weather.</div>
