- Completed training as an agricultural or construction machinery mechanic or several years of professional experience corresponding to the task
- Goal-oriented and determined working style
- Good knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrics
- Willingness to work and learn
- Teamwork skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Clean working method
- Driver's license class B, truck license advantageous
