Legal Expert Lawyer Banking (m/f/d)

• Legal clarifications and advice on all legal questions and risks in banking and securities supervision
• Legal support of the supervisory teams within the framework of early intervention
• Assessment of subordination and regulatory issues in the banking and securities sector
• Close cooperation with the legal cross-functional units of FINMA
• Legal assessment and approval of eligible capital instruments

• Degree in law, additional training advantageous (bar admission, doctorate, LL.M., or similar)
• Several years of professional experience in the financial sector
• Professional appearance as well as very independent and structured way of working
• Fluency in written and oral communication with supervised entities
• Very good knowledge of German or French (C2) as well as good knowledge of the other language and English (B2)
