Your tasks
- Responsibility for the assigned customer portfolio and its sustainable support
- Professional contact person for customers in technical and organizational matters
- Ensuring smooth order processing including preparation and follow-up (AVOR)
- Continuous optimization of processes and workflows at the customer
- Planning and coordination of orders, resources, and personnel
- Conducting regular quality checks and initiating improvement measures
- Monitoring compliance with specifications, deadlines, and quality standards
- Leadership, promotion, and targeted deployment of employees
- Independent recruitment of new employees as well as assistance with training and instructions
- Personnel administrative tasks within your responsibilities
- Monitoring the maintenance of vehicles, machines, and equipment as well as coordinating orders
Your profile
- Completed training or further education in cleaning or facility management
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in maintenance cleaning
- Proven leadership experience is mandatory
- Service-oriented, structured, and communicative personality
- High sense of organization, coordination, and efficient workflows
- Independent working style, entrepreneurial thinking, and a pronounced overall view
- Good German skills in spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office; knowledge of Abacus, ticketing, and dispatch systems is a plus
- No fear of digitalization – you enjoy working with modern tools and support your team in using them.
