Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d)

In addition to battery contact systems for electric vehicles, we jointly develop products for use in sensor technology of autonomous vehicles or connectors for alternative energies.

This is one of three independently operating business units of the iwis Group.

As a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), your tasks are:

• Series production of contact systems made of metallic materials considering the respective quality requirements
• Independent operation, care, and monitoring of production equipment
• Maintenance and cleaning of machines and systems
• Monitoring product quality, performing quality checks
• Documentation of process and quality data
• Monitoring safety devices
• Compliance with legal regulations and high-quality standards
• Participation in improvement processes and support of maintenance

You bring with you:

• Completed technical vocational training in a metal profession, ideally as a machine and plant operator, industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator (m/f/d), or comparable
• Ideally several years of experience handling production machines
• Technical understanding, imagination, and enthusiasm for innovative products
• Willingness to work shifts (3-shift model)
• Commitment, reliability, and ability to work in a team
