Accounts Payable Accountant in Job Sharing

Your tasks
- Validate and process accounts payable invoices with our system "Tangro"
- Maintain master data in SAP
- Create the weekly payment run
- Process reminders and account statements
- Competently answer inquiries from our suppliers and internal departments
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing
- Ensure representation during absences in the team
- Assist with projects
Your profile
- Completed vocational training (level EFZ) as a businesswoman/businessman, with experience in accounts payable
- Cheerful, trustworthy, and open personality with quick comprehension
- Self-initiated and an organizational talent
- Enjoy the further development of our Tangro system
- Solution-oriented and precise work
- Very good SAP and MS Office skills
- Good German skills, French and English are an advantage
- The working days are fixed on Thursday and Friday all day, as well as an additional half day of your choice
