The IT team of the city of Bülach is the ICT contact for over 800 employees, actively shapes business processes, and drives digitalization forward. The area of responsibility currently includes 1500 notebooks, two data centers, a wide variety of applications, as well as the necessary network infrastructure. The IT department is looking for a from October 1, 2025 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Management and control of ICT and digitalization projects from idea to rollout
- Analysis and optimization of existing business processes
- Collection, documentation, and prioritization of business requirements
- Coordination between departments, ICT teams, and external partners, including all relevant stakeholders
- Setting goals, quality assurance, and documentation within projects
- Ensuring and reporting project results regarding quality, time, and budget
- Support in application management (further development, adjustments, support)
Your profile
- Completed vocational training with extensive digital work experience, business informatics, or comparable qualification
- Methodical and practical experience in project management, preferably in ICT / digitalization
- Ability to think in business processes, keep an overview, and shape the path to the goal
- Strong communication and moderation skills
- Structured, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial way of working
- Curious, eager to learn personality with initiative and quick comprehension
