You take on a central role in the enforcement of the cantonal value added compensation and make an important contribution to sustainable spatial development in the Canton of Zurich. As a lawyer, you review and accompany demanding procedures related to planning-related value increases.
Your tasks
- Reviewing plans in connection with value added compensation
- Active participation in the implementation of the cantonal value added compensation
- Legal support in the enforcement of the cantonal value added compensation
- Management of legal appeal procedures
- Support with other legal work, especially in the areas of building outside the building zone, expropriation law, geoinformation law, planning law, procurement law
Your profile
- MLaw and experience in planning/building law
- Strong service orientation and high quality standards
- Solution-oriented approach
- High personal responsibility and decision-making ability
- Understanding of administration and politics
