As a regional tourism organization, we are responsible for marketing the Upper Engadine. In addition, we are entrusted with managing the Tourist Information and other additional tasks in most municipalities.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Tourism Manager Celerina 100%, m/f/d starting February 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

You ensure that the tourism needs of the municipality and the tourism service partners in Celerina are met. You contribute to the development of the tourism positioning and the resulting offer design and ensure the smooth running of local events. In addition, you lead the Tourist Information in Celerina and, together with the team, are responsible for optimal guest advice. This also includes additional tasks such as the RhB station maintenance and the post agency.

What do you bring with you?

• Professional experience with leadership experience and training in the commercial sector, retail, or hospitality, and a graduate of higher education in tourism
• Experience in communication and marketing
• High service orientation, enjoyment in dealing with people and the diverse offerings of our region
• Very good destination and offer knowledge
• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work weekends and evenings
• German as a native language, English and Italian spoken and written, additional languages are an advantage
