Main Tasks
- Assessing and coordinating the stabilization planning for insurance companies and groups (VU/VG)
- Responsibility for the RRP dialogue with the VU/VG: preparation and follow-up of meetings at the management level
- Contact person for stability and resolution planning towards the VU/VG, internal cross-functional teams, and the supervisory authority
- Developing decision-making bases and representing the applications in internal committees and the permanent committee of the management for Recovery and Resolution (RRPC, cf. FINMA Business Regulations Art. 17 ff.)
- Contributing to the further development of the resolution plans of the VG
- Coordination and processing of recurring as well as ad-hoc submissions from the VU/VG
Profile
- University degree in business administration, law, or an equivalent higher education in the insurance or banking sector
- Further training as a certified auditor or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in the insurance sector, ideally in risk management, auditing, or inspection
- Strong analytical skills as well as experience in project management
- Excellent communication skills and a convincing presence at all hierarchical levels
- Very good German (at least C1) and English skills (C2); knowledge of another official language is an advantage
