About the job
Your Main Tasks
- As a specialist, you are part of the Shared Governance team
- You are responsible for short training sessions within the nursing team, introduce new employees, and support the team in the correct implementation and documentation of the nursing process
- In collaboration with the nursing experts of the department, you participate in cross-departmental projects
- Your tasks also include comprehensive care of patients within the nursing process in the primary nursing system after neurosurgical interventions
- Co-responsibility for achieving the department's goals
Your Profile
- Completed or soon to be completed bachelor's degree as a certified nursing professional FH
- Alternatively, you are a certified nurse HF with a CAS or MAS that is useful to you in acute care
- You demonstrate high commitment and quality awareness for patient care
