Tasks
- Einrichten von Pressen für Schleifwerkzeuge bis Ø80mm.
- Abarbeiten von Einzelteil- und Serienaufträgen im Bereich Schleifscheiben.
- Durchführung von kleinen Wartungsarbeiten an Maschinen.
Skills
- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre im industriellen Umfeld erforderlich.
- Hohes technisches Verständnis und räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen.
- Deutsch in Wort und Schrift erforderlich.

To complement our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced and technically skilled individual as
Machine Setter Press Shop (m/f/d) – 100%
Main areas of responsibility
- Setting up single-part presses for grinding tools up to Ø80mm or disc presses for grinding tools over Ø80mm with a pressing force up to 1,500kN
- Processing single-part and series orders in the area of grinding wheels and dressing tools
- Loading and unloading of firing ovens including documentation of orders
- Performing minor maintenance work on the machines
- Conducting pressing trials and optimizing process flows
- Inspection and repair of operating equipment
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in an industrial environment (mechanical basic training is an advantage)
- Experience in powder pressing is an advantage
- High technical understanding and spatial imagination
- Sensitivity for handling fragile components as well as very high quality awareness
- German spoken and written
- Willingness to continue internal training to take on extended tasks and support other departments if needed (e.g., setting up and operating
2- to 3-axis CNC machine tools)
