As an important hub function, you act as a contact point for the Abacus team. In this role, you are part of the backoffice team and are responsible for the smooth operation of the backoffice. Are you a proactive personality and enthusiastic about digitalization? Then we look forward to getting to know you.
WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE
- You independently take on backoffice tasks and work closely with consulting and sales
- You manage the department's internal team channels and SharePoint sites
- You develop and optimize digital processes
- You are responsible for document and template management at BDO Digital
- You record and maintain customer data in the CRM and create reports from it
- You support the consultants in project execution and monitoring
HOW YOU SUCCEED
- You have a commercial basic education and/or business administration training
- You are digitally savvy, flexible, and an organizational talent
- You bring several years of professional experience in backoffice or a comparable assistant function
- You are a structured, precise, independent, and reliable personality
- You have a good understanding of internal processes and help to improve and digitalize them
- You score with your open and positive manner
- You have solid M365 knowledge and preferably already experience with SAP and Abacus
- You bring fluent German and good French skills
