Digital Solutions Manager (m/f/d), 80-100%

Your contribution to our team

Do you want to develop innovative solutions and successfully implement digital tools? With us, you have the chance to recognize trends, design new offerings, and actively drive the introduction of modern technologies. As a Digital Solutions Manager, you take on the strategic further development of our digital portfolio. You transform tools into real customer experiences, position digital services as revenue drivers, and sustainably strengthen customer loyalty.

• You analyze market and customer needs, identify trends, and develop innovative digital offerings from them
• You evaluate new tools and create convincing business cases
• You build strategic partnerships and maintain existing cooperations
• You are responsible for the entire process – from definition to successful implementation of new tools – in close collaboration with marketing, sales, and other departments
• You ensure support and plan the introduction of new tools
• Perspective: You take on the development and leadership of your own team

Your profile

• Several years of experience in digital business, product management, or business development
• Experience in the electrical industry is desirable
• Strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality
• Experience with digital tools or services (e.g., platforms, SaaS, customer portals)
• Enjoy working across departments and building new things
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English and other national languages are a plus
