Clerk Central Services, 50-60%
These are your tasks
In this versatile staff function, you support the Head of Department Central Services/Head of Resident Contacts in administrative and organizational matters (e.g., preparation and follow-up of team and department head meetings, co-organization of internal events, writing protocols and documentation). As a power user, you ensure support as well as the organization and implementation of internal training for digital business management (CMI) for the entire city administration. In addition, you are responsible for the area of elections and voting and ensure the processing of voting and election documents as well as compliance with all processes, deadlines, and time limits. Furthermore, you are responsible as a trainer for the training of commercial apprentices in the department.
What we expect from you
You have completed training as a commercial clerk (preferably in a public administration) and have several years of professional experience. You are an empathetic, discreet, and resilient personality with a high service orientation. You work independently, structured, and keep an overview and your sense of humor even in hectic times. In addition to excellent German skills in spoken and written form, you have proven competencies in the digital field (ideally CMI and M365 applications). For participation in election and voting weekends, we expect the necessary time flexibility.
