Your area of responsibility

As part of a succession plan, take over a portfolio in the area of corporate and private clients

Support, maintain, and expand existing customer relationships in the 45+ segment with a focus on pension planning, as well as in the corporate client area with a focus on SMEs
Develop and sell individual, tailored solutions in the areas of retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and asset diversification, as well as in the corporate client area
Acquire new customers through systematic market cultivation
Represent our company in an attractive sales area
Facilitate business transactions with our cooperation partners

Your strengths

Strong sales and consulting flair

Completed industry examination (Insurance Broker VBV, Insurance and Retirement Consultant IAF) or higher
Proven long-term sales experience in the insurance and finance industry
High commitment, goal-oriented and performance-driven work style
Entrepreneurial thinking, resilient, and sociable
