What you can achieve
- Independent planning in all service phases of the specialist planning area according to HOAI
- Creating flow diagrams (P&ID) as well as the corresponding installation/construction drawings in 2D/3D
- Design of technical equipment and pipelines of the respective specialist area as well as advice on possible energy savings
- Monitoring of services during implementation
- Timely and quality-compliant execution of planning as well as performance checks and acceptance of systems and installations
Your skills are
- A completed degree (engineer, bachelor, master) or completed training as a technician in the required specialist field
- Sound knowledge in the trades of technical building equipment
- Practical knowledge and good visual imagination for the implementation of construction measures
- Confident handling of CAD and calculation programs as well as MS Office products
- Language skills: German level C2, foreign language skills are an advantage
