The IT department is looking for a personality as IT Project Manager 80-100% starting February 1, 2026 or by arrangement.
What you can achieve
- Responsibility for the successful implementation of IT projects across all phases (concept, planning, realization, completion)
- Ensuring goal achievement through effective coordination and alignment with implementation partners as well as through structured project planning, resource management, transparent stakeholder management, continuous monitoring, and professional supplier and contract management
- Ensuring quality assurance according to the project mandate, development of defined deliverables, as well as regular coordination and reporting to the client
- Link between business and technology as well as between customers, internal organizational units, and external partners
- Organization and conduct of training sessions as well as creation of training materials and documentation
- Support with technical questions and consulting requests during ongoing operations
What you bring with you
- Completed education in computer science or business informatics and at least 3–4 years of professional experience, ideally in leading technical projects
- Solid knowledge in classical and agile project management as well as in managing technical projects and technical consulting
- Confident appearance, strong communication skills, and a high degree of customer orientation
- You are an independent, proactive personality with a hands-on mentality and willingness to also contribute operationally
- Certification as a project manager (e.g., IPMA, PMI, or equivalent) is desirable
- Experience in business analysis, including the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for customer visits to ensure close collaboration and successful project implementation
- You have very good oral and written German skills; additional languages are an advantage.
