Our clients are the cantons Basel-Stadt and Basel-Landschaft. The implementation of mobile prevention deployments takes place in close cooperation with the volunteer association SubsDance. At DIBS, analyses are carried out by the Institute of Forensic Medicine Basel. You work in close exchange with the head of the Drug Checking service as part of the team of the counseling center of the addiction support region Basel. - Collaboration in stationary Drug Checking DIBS as well as representation of the management
- Planning, coordination, and execution of mobile deployments at festivals and clubs
- Concept work for the further development of the services, reporting
- Information and counseling of recreational drug users and triage to further
- Peer work - acquisition - training - coaching - networking
- Training and coaching of professionals for mobile deployments
- Conducting training units "Know Drugs" on the topic of substance use
- Management of websites checkyourdrugs.ch as well as social media
- Participation in expert groups, further training, and conferences nationally/internationally
- Completed degree in social work FH and initial professional experience
- Counseling experience - ideally in the addiction field or with young people
- Experience in concept work
- Expertise in psychoactive substances - or willingness to continuously acquire and deepen this within the scope of the
- Good IT user skills and interest in media work / social media
- Willingness to work weekend and night shifts in clubs and at festivals
- Driver's license category B
- Comprehensive onboarding with the development of expert knowledge (start from 01.11. gradually possible and desired with current management)
