The mobilezone group is divided into the two business areas "Trade", which covers the private and business customer segments, and "Service Providing".

The business customer area - mobilezone business (B2B) - consists of the back office department based in Urnäsch AR, key account management and project management, which takes care of large customers and all projects, as well as regional teams of account managers who take care of SME customers on the move.

The back office team has big plans and is looking to complement our location in Urnäsch (AR) with you as

You can contribute to smooth and high-quality customer service in this role. The customer is at the center of mobilezone business.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

Operational daily business: answering customer inquiries by phone and email, coordinating complaints/escalation cases and inquiries about device repairs, contact person and support for customer concerns
Participation in staging projects
various other administrative tasks
Order processing including data entry in internal systems and provider tools

Requirement for this responsible task is a completed commercial training or equivalent. Initial professional experience in customer service or similar is an advantage. Fluent German skills are a must, good French skills as well as other languages (Italian, English) are a plus. We are looking for a linguistically talented, communicative team player who brings a strong service orientation and always focuses on customer needs.
