Your tasks

In the area of quality control, your tasks include

• Control and documentation of the quality of concrete and finished products (mixing protocols)
• Co-responsible for the implementation and documentation of in-house production controls (WPK and test plan)
• Preparation of reports on incoming inspections of raw materials (concrete, cement, sand, and finished products)
• Control of the timing of the production of each batch from the arrival of raw materials to the sale of the final product (ensuring traceability)
• Report quality deviations to the quality manager
• Conduct external tests
• Collaboration in the other CBM laboratories (Müntschemier and

Granges)

In quality assurance, you contribute as follows

• Monitoring of testing equipment in the laboratory
• Technical support, especially in case of quality problems.

Coordination of corrective and preventive measures

You act as a project leader or team member

• in the implementation of innovations and projects
• in ongoing tests and concrete trials within the framework of developing new concrete recipes

Your profile

• Completed technical or manual basic training, experience as a mason or concrete machine operator is an advantage
• Construction material tester FA (completed or willing to complete this further training)
• Basic knowledge of concrete technology
• Solid MS Office skills
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Driver's license category B
• Forklift license is an advantage
