Care Specialist or Early Childhood Educator

About the job

• You enjoy working with children between 5 and 8 years old and support them in discovering the world
• You plan excursions and afternoon programs together with a well-coordinated team, which you carry out with your group of children
• You communicate in an age-appropriate and child-friendly manner with the children in care and ensure respectful interaction
• You maintain close collaboration with the teachers and can engage in dialogue with the children’s parents

• If possible, you are a trained childcare professional (EFZ) or have an equivalent qualification
• Work experience is desired
• You are reliable, punctual, and enjoy working in a team
• You are a solution-oriented, committed, and empathetic personality
• Due to the team composition, male applicants are preferred
